So I was reading the post on the main page about the girl who said her boyfriend almost raped her. I have to admit, being in that situation would scare the mess out of me.
Here's what I'm wondering: since she says he didn't actually have sex with her, will a court consider it rape? And is it worth ruining his life over it? She broke up with him, she's avoiding him. He'll be on the list, and his life will pretty much suck for years to come if she reports him. What if she loses the case? Was it worth it to make a big fuss over it? She got out, it's over. Does more need to be done?
